We only process personal data to the extent necessary to provide this website, to respond to your enquiries and to perform our services. This website does not use any analytics or tracking tools or advertising cookies.

3. Hosting

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. When you visit the website, technical data transmitted by your browser is processed automatically (server log files): IP address, date and time of access, page visited, referrer URL, and browser type and operating system. This data is technically required to deliver the website and to ensure its security and stability. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure and stable operation of the website). We have concluded a data processing agreement with Vercel. 4. Images and videos

Images and videos on this website are delivered via the storage service Cloudflare R2 of Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. Your IP address is processed so that the files can be transmitted to your browser. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in fast and reliable display of the website). 5. Fonts

The fonts used on this website are hosted locally and loaded from our own server. No connection is made to servers of Google or other font providers.

6. Cookies and storage in your browser

This website only sets one technically necessary cookie ("NEXT_LOCALE"). It stores the language you have chosen (German/English) and is deleted when you close your browser. In addition, your browser's session storage is used for two convenience features: it remembers that the intro animation has already been shown, and it temporarily keeps information you have already entered in the enquiry form so that it is not lost when you switch pages. This data does not leave your device and is deleted automatically as soon as you close the browser tab. The cookie and the session storage are strictly necessary for the features you use; the legal basis is therefore § 25 (2) no. 2 TDDDG, and no consent is required.

7. Enquiry form and contact

If you contact us via the enquiry form, we process the data you provide, in particular your name, email address, phone number, company, type, date and location of the event, number of guests, music preferences, your message and how you heard about us. The data is stored in a database provided by Supabase, Inc. on servers in Frankfurt am Main (EU). A notification to us and a confirmation of receipt to you are sent via the email service Resend (Resend, Inc., USA). We have concluded data processing agreements with both providers.

The processing serves to handle your enquiry and to prepare an offer. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures or performance of a contract). The same applies if you contact us by email or phone.

Your data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required to process your enquiry and no contract has been concluded. If a contract is concluded, we retain the data within the statutory retention periods (in particular under commercial and tax law, up to ten years).

8. Vimeo video

On the Events page we embed a video from the Vimeo platform. The provider is Vimeo.com, Inc., 330 West 34th Street, 5th Floor, New York, NY 10001, USA. The video is initially shown only as a preview image from our own server; a connection to Vimeo is only established when you click "Play". Your IP address and technical information about your browser and device are then transmitted to Vimeo. We embed the player with the "Do Not Track" parameter so that, according to Vimeo, no tracking cookies are set. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in an appealing presentation of our services); the transfer only takes place upon your active action. More information: vimeo.com/privacy

9. Links to social networks

On this website we link to our profiles on social networks and music platforms (e.g. Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Spotify, SoundCloud). These are simple links, not embedded content: no data is transmitted to these providers when you visit our website. Only when you click a link are you taken to the respective provider's site, where its privacy policy applies.

10. Transfers to third countries

Some of the service providers mentioned (Vercel, Cloudflare, Resend, Vimeo) are based in the USA. Personal data is transferred to the USA on the basis of the European Commission's adequacy decision on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, insofar as the respective provider is certified under it, and otherwise on the basis of the European Commission's standard contractual clauses (Art. 46 (2) (c) GDPR).

12. Right to lodge a complaint

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR). The authority responsible for us is the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (BayLDA), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, Germany, www.lda.bayern.de.

13. SSL/TLS encryption

For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as your enquiries, this website uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by "https://" in your browser's address bar.

This privacy policy was last updated in November 2026. We will update it whenever the website or legal requirements change.
